HLRC Board to see changes

After recommendations, Ward VanWichen, CEO, and Steph Denham, CFO, of the Phillips County Hospital Board and Hi-Line Retirement Center Board, have mutually agreed not to renew the management contract between the Boards effective April 30th. The Hi-Line Retirement Center Board has also accepted the resignation of Cheryl Weaver COO effective April 30. Therefore the HLRC Board will be seeking to hire new people for the administration of the facility. The Boards are committed to work together to make this a smooth transition to insure the continued success of both facilities.
