PC Motor Sports Celebrates 15 years of Business

On May 9, 2003, Greg Kirkwood, President of Phillips County Motor Sports, Inc. (PCMS) applied to the Montana Secretary of State Bob Brown, to be a registered business entity in the State of Montana. The filing fee was paid on August 1, 2003 recognizing PCMS as a viable business.

Dennis Phillips of the Internal Revenue Service granted PCMS their EIN on December 2, 2003 and the application was signed by the infamous Lois Lerner.
