Loring News for week of May 13, 2015

Happy Mother’s Day! What a nice day for all the mothers from this area. The temperature was in the 60s, the sky was mostly sunny, the wind was light! I know this stuff because I was changing a flat tire and took note of the conditions!

Ranchers have started branding in the Loring area.

Dixie Stordahl, Twilla Johannesen, Cameron and DeeDee helped Ethan and Austin Weise celebrate their 18th birthday last Sunday at the Trafton Park.

Carmen Norville, Ellie and Aubrie, of White Hall, helped Amus and Everette Blunt celebrate their birthdays this past weekend. Everyone visited with Grandma and Grandpa Flansaas in Malta also.

Sympathy goes out from the Loring Community to the Turner Hogeland area on the death of Tristin Billmayer.

Sympathy sent to the family of Kari Cash who grew up north of Loring.

The Spring Concert in Whitewater was on Thursday. Many of the people who live in Loring and around the area were in attendance!

Loring Lutheran Church will be on Sunday at 9:30 with Cindy Clark officiating.

Many of the residents at the Hi-Line Retirement Center had visitors on Mother’s Day!

Good luck to the golfers from Whitewater and Malta who are on the way to State. Whitewater golfs in Shelby and Malta in Lewistown.
