Please remember to file a new burn permit for the 2015 year. If you plan on doing any burning in 2015, please file one BEFORE you start to burn. These permits are good for all of 2015 and you only have to file one a year, not every time you burn. All 2014 permits will no longer be valid after December 31, 2014. Thank you!

April 25, 2015

12:43 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

5:58 a.m. 911 received reporting a one vehicle rollover on the Content Road; Deputy, local EMT Crew and Fire Dept responded to the location; one patient transported by personal vehicle; case file started.

6:48 a.m. Local rotational wrecker service responded to the location of the rollover per request of the registered owner.

7:31 a.m. Male reported an unresponsive driver in a vehicle alongside of Hwy 2, west of Malta; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the location; ambulance canceled as driver was okay, had been sleeping hard.

9:32 a.m. Female reported a stray dog at her residence; caller had already called KMMR and put it on Facebook; owner later located.

10:06 a.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a trespassing situation involving neighbors; Deputy handled the call.

12:00 p.m. Female reported a situation involving a juvenile; Deputy handled the call.

6:35 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with removing a patron from a business; Deputy responded to the call; male left on own accord without any incident.

9:14 p.m. Female reported two vehicles in an alley belonging to juveniles and was concerned there may be alcohol involved; Deputy responded to the location; all found to be okay, no alcohol in the area.

9:46 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

10:32 p.m. 911 received reporting an erratic vehicle on Hwy 191 north of Malta; Deputies responded to the call; vehicle not located.

11:46 p.m. Female reported an intoxicated juvenile in a Saco tavern; Deputy responded to the location; juvenile located and had not been drinking.

April 26, 2015

5:49 a.m. Female reported hitting a deer on Hwy 2, just north of the Fred Robinson Bridge; vehicle was disabled; MHP Trooper and local wrecker service responded to the call per request of the registered owner.

9:06 a.m. 911 received requesting assistance at a business in Saco; Undersheriff responded to the location; situation taken care of without further incident.

2:33 p.m. Female reported vandalism to the walking trail; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

3:56 p.m. Female reported a juvenile shooting a BB or pellet gun in a residential area; Undersheriff responded to the location; no one found in the area.

4:01 p.m. 911 received requesting law enforcement in Pine Grove; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

5:04 p.m. 911 received requesting law enforcement assistance from a juvenile in Hays; information passed onto Ft Belknap LE.

6:40 p.m. Female reported an individual shooting rabbits in a residential area; Deputy responded to the call; juveniles located and none had any kind of weapon.

10:23 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

April 27, 2015

2:09 a.m. Female reported an accident involving two parked vehicles by the Great Northern; no injuries to the occupant; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

2:22 a.m. Deputy requested a wrecker for the vehicles involved in the above crash; local rotational wrecker service responded to the call.

9:18 a.m. Undersheriff transported one adult female, from Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital to the Phillips Co Hospital.

9:18 a.m. Male reported finding property previously reported as stolen.

8:27 p.m. Female reported kids playing near a street and “darting” into traffic; Deputy responded to the location; kids were not outside anymore.

10:19 p.m. Deputy reported a running motor grader inside of a locked fenced yard; information passed onto County Road Crew employee.

April 28, 2015

1:05 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

7:52 a.m. Male reported a possibly abandoned vehicle at a local business; owner located and advised it would be removed the next day.

2:27 p.m. Female reported a vehicle speeding down the alley behind her residence; Undersheriff handled the call.

8:19 p.m. Kenco Security reported a commercial burglar alarm sounding at a local business; Deputy and owner responded to the location; all found to be okay.

9:06 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance at her residence for something she found in her child’s room; Deputy handled the call.

April 29, 2015

1:57 a.m. Deputy reported lights had been left on, on a truck at a local business; vehicle was locked and lights were not shut off.

8:58 a.m. Malta Grade School reported a stray dog near the playground; ACO handled the call.

10:33 a.m. Male reported dogs running loose on 9th St E; information passed onto ACO.

11:53 a.m. Deputy transported one adult female, Yvette Boe, from Valley Co Detention Center to the Ft Belknap area for release on time served.

3:13 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Havre; local EMT Crew handled the call.

3:57 p.m. Female reported phone scams.

6:16 p.m. Male reported vehicles speeding down a residential street; Deputy responded to the call; one vehicle located and driver advised.

6:37 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a significant other; caller advised to contact a lawyer by Deputy.

6:54 p.m. Deputy advised a juvenile and parent to not let the juvenile ride a bicycle on Central Avenue, close to traffic.

8:57 p.m. Deputy reported a dog running loose near the Underpass; ACO handled the call.

10:02 p.m. Female reported a garage door on a building by MHS was left open; Deputy responded to the call and shut the door; information passed onto school employee.

April 30, 2015

12:40 a.m. Deputy closed a door on a vehicle that had been left open.

7:50 a.m. Malta School employee reported vandalism to property; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

9:56 a.m. Saco business reported a female sitting alongside of Hwy 2 wrapped in a blanket; Deputy responded to the call; female was hitchhiking through the area; all found to be okay.

11:18 a.m. Malta School employee reported a possibly abandoned vehicle in the parking lot; Deputy handled the call.

11:48 a.m. Male reported a possible scam.

12:32 p.m. 911 received reporting a hitchhiker near the Bjornberg Bridge turnoff in Valley Co; call transferred to Valley Co SO.

3:13 p.m. 911 received reporting a fire northeast of Malta; caller advised it was a reported controlled burn.

11:40 p.m. 911 received reporting an altercation at a local business; Deputies responded to the location; case file started.

May 1, 2015

12:00 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Rick Miller, to PCSO to be incarcerated on Disorderly Conduct charges; male later released on bond paid.

9:51 a.m. Female requested assistance with lifting a male who had fallen; caller didn’t want an ambulance; Deputy handled the call.

11:34 a.m. Ft Belknap LE requested PCSO assistance with an erratic driver report, eastbound on Hwy 2; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and driving found to be okay.

1:28 p.m. Malta School employee reported dogs running loose near MHS; information passed onto ACO.

2:14 p.m. Female reported a possible fire, south of Loring; caller advised was a reported controlled burn.

3:46 p.m. Female reported stolen property; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

3:50 p.m. Deputy received a report of a suspicious male in a local business; male not at location upon Deputy’s arrival.

6:35 p.m. Anonymous reported a vehicle running with 2 juveniles left inside, parked outside of a local business; Deputy handled the call.

7:38 p.m. 911 received requesting a male be removed from a Dodson residence; Deputy responded to the call; male left residence on his own accord.

8:06 p.m. 911 received reporting a male trespassing and threatening the residence owner; Deputy responded to the call; situation found to be a misunderstanding between the two parties involved.

8:15 p.m. Deputy reported a vehicle parked in the middle of a street in Dodson; owner located and vehicle removed from the street.
