One Nation, Under God

Dodson News for September 16, 2015

The community was sad to hear on Saturday Sept. 12 that Gladys Thackeray, a long time former resident of Dodson, had died. Her funeral will be Friday September 18 at 1 p.m . at the Community Alliance Church in Havre. The Church is located at 925 8th Street and the phone # is 265-8482 if anyone wishes to leave condolences. The community extends sympathy to her family.

Wink and Terri Cole were home again for the weekend from Billings.

They were able to locate and fix the water leak that plagued the downtown area.

Dean and Carol Kienenberger were recently in Spokane for a memorial of an aunt and visited several cousins that she had not seen for a long time.

Bob and Tammy Voice were in Billings on Tuesday for medical treatment.

Edward and Polly Solberg and Dora Henry were in Harlem Sunday evening for a violin musical that featured the former Jaime Fox, who was raised at Hays, her husband from Denmark and a friend/ teacher from Oregon. They stressed the three different types of music from the different regions they were from. It was a delightful program and enjoyed by everyone that was there.

Birthday greetings are sent to Bonnie Lankford and anniversary greetings are extended to Jack and Sharon Munsinger.

About the only thing that can halt an outrageous fad among the young is for the adults to adopt it.

Enjoy another wonderful fall day!
