There is a group who have a gun raffle (even if there is a surplus of guns in Phillips County and all over the USA.) Jay Brown of Whitewater was a gun winner here. Long ago, a Whitewater Classmate was accidentally shot and killed with a gun which the owner didn’t think was loaded. A terrible thing.
