Loring News for week of September 30, 2015

What a glorious last week of September! The temps ranged from the Highs close to 90 with the lows almost freezing! A few days were a little on the breezy side!

Most of the crops are in the bins by now. The cattle preconditioning and moving pastures is next!

The Lunar eclipse is going to be awesome! I am looking forward to viewing it tonight. The temperature is nice, the sky is clear and I’m still awake!

Rodney Stordahl is visiting his parents for a few days! Dixie and Rod visited Barbara Cowan on Sunday. Rodney hasn’t seen her for quite some time. It was a good visit.

The North Country Mavericks had their first game in Whitewater on Saturday. The Mavericks won the volleyball game in three! Way to go!

The Mustangs won their football game against Poplar on Friday night. Trace Simonson made two TD’s! On Saturday, the junior high Colts also won against Harlem. Beau Simonson played for the Malta Colts!

Just a little question, at a ball game to you buy popcorn or candy at the concession stand?
