Sheriff's report, bump concerns and more at Council meeting

At last Tuesday night Malta City Council meeting, Phillips County Sheriff Scott Moran gave his quarterly review of the year thus far, a concerned citizen quizzed about the new speedbumps around town and change to a $3 monthly fee on waters bills was discussed.
