December 19, 2015

12:45 a.m. Deputy performed security checks around Malta.

2:45 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory in effect until 11am today.

5:49 a.m. Local business reported a broken front door; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

6:23 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Justin Tomlinson, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Burglary and Criminal Mischief charges.

9:32 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 11am today.

10:56 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory in effect until 3pm today.

1:12 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle fire in a residential area; Deputy and local Fire Dept responded to the call; Fire Dept later canceled per Deputy’s request as the fire was out.

2:09 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory is canceled.

3:08 p.m. Male reported a vehicle accident near his residence and the vehicle left the location; Deputy responded to the call; case file started; vehicle and driver later located and citations were issued.

5:51 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance at a local apartment; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

6:14 p.m. Male reported a possible fire in a dumpster at the Wagner dumps; Deputy responded to the call; fire found to be contained and would not go anywhere.

7:36 p.m. Deputy removed debris from Hwy 2.

8:33 p.m. Deputy removed debris from Central Ave.

9:25 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

9:27 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

2:48 a.m. 911 received requesting assistance in Hays; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

8:14 a.m. 911 received reporting a semi and trailer stopped in the middle of Hwy 2, with no flashing lights on; Undersheriff responded to the location; no semi and trailer in the area.

8:27 a.m. Dense Fog Advisory in effect until noon today for most of Phillips Co.

11:28 a.m. Dense Fog Advisory extended until 3pm today.

2:21 p.m. Dense Fog Advisory in effect until 11pm tonight.

4:46 p.m. Male reported a lost firearm; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

8:02 p.m. Dense Fog Advisory is canceled.

December 21, 2015

8:10 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance in Loring; Whitewater EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

8:36 a.m. Female reported an elderly female walking down the middle of Central Ave; female walking got out of the middle of the street while caller was still on the phone.

12:22 p.m. Male located a firearm he previously reported as missing.

1:55 p.m. Undersheriff released one adult male from PCSO Jail on time served and restitution.

2:18 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 11pm tonight until 5pm Tuesday for most of Phillips Co.

6:46 p.m. Blaine Co SO advised PCSO of an inmate transport through Phillips Co to Valley Co Detention Center.

7:02 p.m. Female requested a welfare check on a daughter in Carbon Co; Deputy responded to the call; female later reported the daughter was okay.

7:23 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 11pm tonight until 5pm Tuesday.

7:27 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call; request later canceled by PC Hospital.

2:42 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 5pm tonight.

8:24 a.m. Female reported a Publisher’s Clearing House phone scam.

8:46 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory is canceled.

11:34 a.m. Undersheriff assisted with traffic control for a funeral procession to the Malta Cemetery.

4:36 p.m. Local business reported a suspicious vehicle in front of their business; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and all found to be okay.

6:32 p.m. Female reported a dumpster fire at the Wagner dumps; Deputy responded to the location; all found to be okay, fire was putting itself out.

9:40 p.m. Individuals reported the snow was drifting in on Hwy 2, west of Saco; information passed onto MT Dept of Transportation employee.

9:49 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

11:19 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

11:40 p.m. Deputy performed a welfare check on a running vehicle alongside of Hwy 2, west of Malta; all found to be okay, just stopped to rest.

December 23, 2015

4:50 a.m. 911 received reporting a possible assault happening in Hays; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

10:20 a.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving money; Deputy responded to the call; male needed Phillips Co Sheriff’s Office in Missouri, not Montana.

10:59 a.m. Deputy assisted with blocking traffic for individuals moving cattle in the Dodson area.

7:56 p.m. Female reported a vehicle driving without taillights; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and was parked, no occupants inside.

9:11 p.m. Deputy reported the gate to the county landfill was left open; information passed onto County employee.

9:42 p.m. Deputy performed security checks around the Malta area.

10:04 p.m. Male reported a vehicle driving erratically near a local convenience store; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and driver advised.

10:19 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Saco area.

11:18 p.m. Female reported a possible break-in to a vehicle; Deputies responded to the call; all found to be okay, individuals had locked themselves out of the vehicle.

December 24, 2015

1:03 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

3:02 a.m. Female reported a vehicle driving erratic; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located.

10:08 a.m. Female reported a phone scam.

4:23 p.m. Deputy assisted a driver who was broke down near the Stine’s crossing; local Good Samaritan also gave assistance.

6:19 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

8:31 p.m. Female reported possible harassment by a male; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

December 25, 2015

12:24 a.m. Individual reported two females out of fuel near the Phillips/Blaine Co line; information passed onto Ft Belknap LE.

2:28 p.m. Female reported a disabled vehicle in the Underpass; family members responded to the location and assisted with removing the vehicle.

4:15 p.m. Female requested an ambulance for a male having a possible seizure and chest pains; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

4:19 p.m. Male reported his vehicle slid off the Hwy and hit a fence post south of Whitewater; Deputy handled the call; case file started.

8:20 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

9:32 p.m. Integrated Alarm Systems reported a commercial burglar alarm sounding at a local business; Deputy and manager responded to the location; all found to be okay.

December 26, 2015

8:12 p.m. Deputy performed building checks in the Dodson area.

9:12 p.m. Female reported an individual giving alcohol to juveniles; Deputies responded to the call; individuals located and no alcohol located.

10:51 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a broken down vehicle between Saco and the Sleeping Buffalo; local rotational wrecker service responded to the call; caller also had other help coming to the location.

December 27, 2015

3:58 p.m. 911 received reporting a possible structure fire north of Hwy 2; caller advised was a reported controlled burn.

9:24 p.m. Deputy performed building checks in the Saco area.

9:52 p.m. Deputy performed building checks in the Malta area.

10:33 p.m. 911 received reporting a verbal disturbance at a local residence; Deputy responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.

December 28, 2015

12:08 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female who keeps passing out in the Hays area; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

10:16 a.m. Male reported a hit and run to a flag pole in a residential area; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

11:34 a.m. Male reported a fender/bender in the downtown area; no injuries to the occupants; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

1:18 p.m. Male reported three intoxicated individuals leaving in a vehicle from the downtown area; Sheriff and Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

2:15 p.m. Undersheriff transported one adult male to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on DUI-Felony, Driving While Revoked, No Liability Insurance, No Valid Registration and Fictitious Plates charges.

2:50 p.m. Deputy transported one adult female to PCSO to be incarcerated on a MHP-Great Falls warrant and local Obstruction charges; case file started.

3:32 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving her neighbors; Deputy handled the call.

4:14 p.m. Male reported damage to a building on his property; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

5:09 p.m. Female reported a missing dog; dog later located by owner.

December 29, 2015

10:28 a.m. Male reported finding nails left by a tire on his vehicle; Undersheriff handled the call.

12:29 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

3:39 p.m. Fergus Co SO received a 911 reporting a disabled vehicle near the DY Junction and would be removed tonight or the following day; information passed onto Deputies.

3:45 p.m. Male reported an altercation with another individual had just occurred at his residence; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

9:27 p.m. Female reported a hit and run to her vehicle; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
