Polly Solberg went to Ismay and Glendive to watch her grandson, Devon, in their adjudication there, he plays tuba and received a one. She returned home on Monday evening. Get well wishes are sent to Neil Cole who spent several days in the Great Falls Hospital. Laura was staying up there with him. Dora Henry went to Bill Henry’s and accompanied him and Marilyn to Whitehall for great grandson, Keith Wilson’s, first communion. They met daughter Linda and her husband Ray in Helena for lunch on the way down. Also there for Keith’s Communion were other grandparents and family from Butte, Choteau and Belgrade, including Don and Kathy Hurlbert, Bill and Aggie Leys, Mike Leys and friend, Kelly Leys, Teresa Leys, Tim and Rose Wilson, Jane Hurlbert and son, Dalton. Bill and Marilyn are Keith’s God-parents. A large number of people gathered at the Catholic Hall for lunch after graveside services for Harvey Rattey on Saturday. It turned out to be a beautiful day after the nice rain we had. Polly Solberg and Dora Henry were in Havre for a 90th birthday party for Mary Helen Heilman at the Messiah Lutheran Church. They also visited with former Dodsonite Betty Munson. Sympathy is extended to the Dolphay and Young families in the loss of longtime community member Alice Dolphay, wife of Herman Dolphay, on Saturday in Malta. Community condolences are sent to the extended families. The funeral will be at the Dodson School on Friday April 22 at 2 p.m. Family and friends will meet at Kirkwood’s on Thursday evening. Lunch will be served after the funeral for visiting with the family. Dora Henry attended the Council on Aging meeting in Malta. Birthday greetings are sent to Don Wilkes and Sarah KillEagle. The secret of happiness is being content with what you get—so get plenty. A hug is a perfect gift—one size fits all and nobody minds if you give it back.
