One Nation, Under God

Whitewater News for the week of August 10, 2016

Sympathy to the Mecklenburg families on the loss of their son.

Get well wishes to Kelly (Brown) Blackford (my niece) who is in a Billings hospital.

Jeff Murdock (a missionary from Dominica) has been visiting family here. Jeff spoke at Whitewater Lutheran Church on Sunday. Very nice.

Dallas and Ashley Green and family are custom combining in Eastern Montana. Some crops in Whitewater are also ripe.

Carolyn (Olson) Brown – Margie Olson’s daughter – visited family here and also helped Margie as she had broken her arm.

I went to Malta to do errands and shop. I went to the Villa Theatre and watched Tarzan (as a critic, I think the cartoon version was better.) Senior Tickets are now $6.

Kora LaBrie won “overall winner” in Agriculture in Montana school’s education contest! North 40 now has placemats of her agriculture art! They were made and donated by Cora Maxie. Very nice.

Have fun at the Fair! I will.

Helen
