Celtic Guitarist Barlow to play PC Library

The Phillips County Library is pleased to welcome acclaimed Celtic fingerstyle guitarist Jerry Barlow in concert. The event will be held on Tuesday, September 20th at 7:00 p.m. at the Library, 10 S. 4th St. E. in Malta. The program is sponsored by the Library and is free to the public. Light refreshments will be served following the concert.
