Box 1300, Malta, Montana 59538 or hand delivered to the Mayor’s office in City Hall by Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. local time for the Soil Cleanup Project at the Former Malta Airport currently listed on the Montana Comprehensive Environmental Cleanup and Responsibility Act (CECRA) Facility in Malta, Phillips County, Montana. All received bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at City Hall on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. local time.
