Phillips County Courthouse News for October 5, 2016

Phillips County residents are encouraged to register to vote, change your voter registration address if you have moved within the city or county, have recently moved to Phillips County, or recently changed your name.

If you wish to have your ballot mailed to you for the November 8, 2016 Federal General Election, please contact the Elections Office at 406.654.2423 Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for instructions.

Absentee ballots will be mailed to those Phillips County active, registered voters that have chosen to receive their ballots in the mail. Please contact the Elections Office if you are unsure if you are on the absentee list.

Several residents have been receiving notices either in the mail, email or text, from private entities regarding their voter registration. If you receive any of these notices and are unsure of your voter registration status, please call the Elections Office at 406.654.2423 or come to the elections office located in the courthouse.
