One Nation, Under God

David Allen Green

Written in loving memory of David Allen Green, who passed away October 9, 2016 at his home in Kelseyville, Calif.

Dave was born July 23, 1957 in Cut Bank, Mont. He graduated from Malta High School in 1975 and served for six years in the US Navy as a nuclear electrician. He then worked as a power plant operator in Arizona, helping with construction of a nuclear plant. After that he worked in geothermal power in California and New Zealand for more than 20 years.

He was an intellectual, a fisherman, an explorer, and he played mean games of darts, golf, and pool. The Green boys and Dad shared adventures in England, Alaska, and New Zealand, and of course many great hunting trips in Montana. He is survived by his parents, Robert and Roberta Green of Carson City, Nev., sister, Susan Porter of Malta, Mont., brother, Michael Green of Kelso, Wash., nieces and nephews Jennifer Porter, Krissy Salsbery, Erik Green, Alex Porter and Clive Hawkins, and many Montana cousins, aunts and uncles.

Until we meet again.
