The Phillips County Heritage Arts Fair is coming up – mark your calendars for Sunday, December 4! From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., there are four events happening at once at the Malta City Hall on 2nd Street.

We’re starting with the Phillips County School Arts Competition which includes art submissions from all of the Phillips County Schools and the home schooled children.
