APPLICATION has been made by Montana Department of Transportation for a FLOODPLAIN PERMIT from the City of Malta to build a pedestrian bridge over the Milk River near the downstream face of the existing Highway 2 Bridge. Plans and specifications for this project can be viewed at Malta City Hall at 39 South 2nd Street East, Malta Montana.

Public comment will be taken in support of and in opposition to this request for 15 calendar days from the date of this posting (February 15, 2017). Written testimony is preferred.
