Nick Oxarart Resigns as Malta High School Head Football Coach

Nick Oxarart has resigned as Head Football Coach at Malta High School. On Tuesday, February 28 he informed the Mustang players of his intentions.

He is stepping down due to financial reasons. He states that he can no longer take time off in the summer to prepare for the upcoming football season and school year.

Oxarart spent eight seasons as a Mustang assistant football coach from 2006 to 2013.

He has served as the Mustang’s head football coach the past three seasons compiling an 18-11 win loss record, three straight play-off appearances and one conference championship (2015).
