March 2, 2017

11:42 p.m. Female reported a semi truck and trailer driving in her lane of traffic, westbound on Hwy 2; Deputies responded to the call; vehicle located and driver advised he was swerving to miss hitting a deer.

March 3, 2017

9:43 a.m. Dodson business requested law enforcement assistance with a customer; Deputies responded to the call; customer located and advised to not shop at the business anymore.

9:48 a.m. Centralized Alarm reported an alarm sounding at a local business; all found to be okay, just a false alarm.

11:10 a.m. LifeLine requested an ambulance for a detected fall at a local residence; Deputies and local EMT Crew responded to the call; ambulance later canceled as it was an accidental button push.

1:57 p.m. Female filed a verbal complaint regarding a neighbor’s dog; ACO handled the call.

2:04 p.m. City employee requested law enforcement assistance with a camper trailer parked on a residential street; Deputy handled the call.

2:44 p.m. Female reported a stuck vehicle in the ditch, south of Dodson, with juveniles; driver may be intoxicated; Deputies, and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; case file started.

4:30 p.m. Local MHP Trooper transported one adult female, LaWanda Jackson, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on DUI, Driving While Suspended, Felony Child Endangerment, Reckless Driving and No Car Seat charges.

4:46 p.m. Deputy incarcerated one adult male, Troy Salveson, into PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing.

10:58 p.m. Female reported hearing a “loud bang”; Deputies responded to the call; all found to be okay, neighbor was “sawing wood” and it hit the cement; neighbor advised to stop for the night.

March 4, 2017

9:37 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with “our homeless lady”; Deputy handled the call.

1:47 p.m. Panic alarm received from a local business; all found to be okay, button was hit by mistake.

2:32 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with harassing social media messages the caller has been receiving; Deputy handled the call.

2:55 p.m. Deputy released one adult female, LaWanda Jackson, from PCSO Jail for transport to Valley Co Detention Center by local MHP Trooper.

8:12 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

March 5, 2017

1:40 a.m. Ft Belknap LE requested PCSO assistance with a vehicle pursuit on Route 66; Deputies, Sheriff responded to the call; vehicle later crashed into a tree in the Zortman area; local EMT Crew and Fire Dept responded to the call; Fire Dept later canceled; case file started.

2:27 a.m. Deputies, Sheriff transported 3 adult males, Garrison Henderson, Russell Houle, and David Cochran, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Felony Escape warrant-Great Falls PD; Driving While Suspended and DUI-2nd; Blaine Co SO warrant; respectively.

4:55 a.m. Deputies transported two inmates, Garrison Henderson and David Cochran, to Valley Co Detention Center for holding.

6:53 a.m. Panic alarm received from a local business; all found to be okay, button was hit by mistake.

7:31 a.m. 911 received reporting a family member had passed away at a local residence; Undersheriff and Deputy responded to the call; coroner case file started.

8:02 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

12:57 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

2:20 p.m. Valley Co Detention Center released one adult male, David Cochran, on bond paid in Phillips Co.

3:14 p.m. Undersheriff incarcerated one adult male, Lane Walling, into PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing.

4:39 p.m. Undersheriff released one adult male, Troy Salveson, from PCSO Jail on time served.

March 6, 2017

10:17 a.m. Female reported a scam.

11:58 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

12:08 p.m. Havre PD served a local warrant on one adult female, Amber Kirkaldie.

2:26 p.m. Female requested PCSO assistance with contact she recently had from a missing juvenile possibly in the Malta area; Undersheriff responded to the call; juvenile not located.

3:48 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle “speeding” through Dodson, eastbound on Hwy 2; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle located and citations issued.

9:49 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

March 7, 2017

7:14 a.m. Hill Co Detention Center released one adult female, Amber Kirkaldie, from their facility on bond.

9:58 a.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with an individual who was given an eviction notice but had not left the residence; Undersheriff handled the call.

10:04 a.m. Fire Protection Services reported a fire alarm sounding at a local business; company advised all was okay as this was a reported fire drill.

3:36 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory from 2am-4pm Wednesday for southwest Phillips Co; Winter Storm Watch in effect from late Wednesday night through Thursday afternoon for most of Phillips Co.

5:02 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with removing a tenant who had already been evicted; Deputies responded to the call; tenant given until midnight to be out.

5:31 p.m. Male reported an auger parked in the street and believed it was a traffic hazard; Deputy responded to the call; auger found to be parked parallel to the curb and was not a traffic hazard.

6:17 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory from 2am-4pm Wednesday for southwest Phillips Co; Winter Storm Watch in effect from late Wednesday night through Thursday afternoon for most of Phillips Co.

9:09 p.m. Deputy reported a vehicle parked at the top of the Underpass; vehicle found to have quit on the driver and Deputy assisted with moving it out of the roadway.

10:10 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory from 2am-4pm Wednesday for southwest Phillips Co; Winter Storm Watch in effect from late Wednesday night through Thursday afternoon for most of Phillips Co.

March 8, 2017

12:37 a.m. Deputy performed security checks around the Malta area.

1:51 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

2:51 a.m. An alarm company reported a fire alarm sounding at a county school; school superintendent contacted and all found to be okay, no fire.

3:30 a.m. Winter Storm Watch in effect from Thursday evening through Friday evening for most of Phillips Co; Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 4pm today for southwest Phillips Co.

10:52 a.m. Fire Protection Company reported a fire alarm sounding at a local business; all found to be okay, just working on the alarm.

12:03 p.m. 911 received reporting a semi had lost some hay bales and they hit vehicles on Hwy 2, east of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; case file started; MT Dept of Transportation plows assisted with removing the broken bales.

12:10 p.m. Female reported a scam.

12:25 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory for southwest Phillips is canceled; Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from late tonight through Friday afternoon for most of Phillips Co.

12:41 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with evicting tenants from a rental; Deputy handled the call.

1:56 p.m. Local business requested assistance with a vehicle parked in front of their garage; Deputy responded to the call; owner located and removed the vehicle.

2:42 p.m. Female reported receiving numerous suspicious calls from the same phone number; Undersheriff handled the call.

3:02 p.m. Winter Storm Watch now in effect from Thursday evening thru Friday afternoon for most of Phillips Co.

3:08 p.m. Undersheriff released one adult male, Lane Walling, from PCSO Jail on time served.

6:54 p.m. Male brought in a found piece of technology; owner located and item returned.

8:23 p.m. 911s received requesting assistance for an elderly female; unknown problem at the residence; Deputies responded to the call; female found to be okay, family members located and arrived to assist the female.

March 9, 2017

3:50 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 11pm tonight until 5am Saturday for all of Phillips Co.

8:14 a.m. MT Dept of Transportation employee requested law enforcement assistance with a vehicle parked to far from a curb, cuasing vehicles to cross the yellow lines on Hwy 2, in Malta; Deputy responded to the call; owner locate and advised to park closer to the curb.

10:58 a.m. 911 received reporting an erratic vehicle on Hwy 2, westbound in to Malta; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located, stopped and driver advised.

11:55 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance to pick up a patient from the hospital and meet the flight crew at the airport; local EMT Crew handled the call.

2:56 p.m. Male reported a vehicle almost caused an accident on Hwy 2, east of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; vehicles not located.

2:59 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 11pm tonight until 5am Saturday for most of Phillips Co.

3:05 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance in Whitewater for a male having severe chest pains; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

5:06 p.m. Female reported a suspicious male near a local apartment complex; Deputy responded to the call; male not located.

6:11 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.
