Senior Center builds new kitchen in time for corned beef

The area community has worked tirelessly in supporting activities at the Malta Senior Center over the past few years. Whether it be fundraisers, other entities hosting their events at the center; whatever it took to raise the funds to remodel the kitchen.

Members tore away the old and brought forth a totally functional and workable kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, which will be initiated Saturday, March 18, 11:30-1:30. when the group serves up Corned Beef and Cabbage. The funds from the freewill offering, will be put toward the remaining expenses from construction.
