Goodbye Social for Mayor Jones

12-28-18. Everyone is invited to a social at the Malta City Hall Council Chambers on December 28, 2017 from 4:00pm to 5:00pm to say thank you to Shyla Jones for her two terms as the Mayor of the City of Malta.

Malta City Closures

1-1-18. The Malta City Office & Landfill will be closed on Monday January 1st. Garbage pick-up will be delayed.

Malta Kiwanis

1-2-18. Malta Kiwanis will meet on Tues. Jan. 2 6 pm at Westside Cafe. Dina Sainato-Meneely, new director of MOI, will present a program on the new plans for the MOI building. Public is welcome to attend.

New Bible Study

1-3-18. Are you feeling empty? Do you wonder what God wants FROM you and FOR

you? Beginning Wednesday, January 3, from 7-8:30 p.m., "Care, Share, Prayer," Bible Study at Grace Fellowship Church is starting a 12-week non-denominational study to discuss these and other questions. Call Janice Knudsen at 390-3672 to reserve your study guide.

RSA Meeting

1-8-18. Ranchers Stewardship Alliance invites you to attend our annual meeting on January 8th, 2018. We will have a general meeting at 5PM followed by a no host Roast Beef dinner to celebrate a year of accomplishments . Please join us at the Great Northern Inn at 5:00 pm. Conservation District Workshop

1-10-18. The Phillips Conservation District and the Malta NRCS will be hosting a Grazing Workshop, focusing on water quality and grazing after drought and fire, on January 10th from 1-4 p.m. Speakers will be Marko Manoukian, Phillips County Extension Agent, Mark Peterson, Fort Keough Research Station and Rick Caquelin, NRCS.
