December 22, 2017

9:38 a.m. Male requested assistance with his vehicle that ran out of fuel; caller given local towing company phone numbers.

11:29 a.m. Female reported a vehicle had slid off Hwy 2, near the weigh station; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and all was okay.

2:07 p.m. Male requested assistance with a male who passed away; Deputy responded to the call; coroner case file started.

2:11 p.m. Female given fuel assistance through the local Ministerial Association.

2:24 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a family member; Deputies handled the call; information passed onto Misdemeanor Probation Officer as well.

3:14 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female having a seizure; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

7:32 p.m. Male reported a disabled vehicle on Hwy 2, west of Malta and it would be removed the next day.

December 23, 2017

1:06 p.m. Male reported a vehicle/camper accident on Hwy 2, east of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

5:58 p.m. Male reported an injured deer on Hwy 2, in the Dodson area; Deputy responded to the call; deer located and humanely euthanized.

6:41 p.m. Male reported finding a cell phone.

December 24, 2017

2:08 a.m. Male reported a Hit & Run to a vehicle in a parking lot; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

3:02 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory in effect from 5pm this afternoon until noon Tuesday.

7:10 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female having leg pain in the Saco area; Saco EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

12:56 p.m. PC Hospital requested PCSO assistance with an individual who passed away; Undersheriff responded to the call; coroner case file started.

2:57 p.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until noon Tuesday.

5:50 p.m. Deputy released two adult males, Kori Bridle and Jordan Bridle, from PCSO Jail on time served.

10:56 p.m. Female reported a Hit & Run to her vehicle; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

11:18 p.m. 911 received reporting a domestic situation at a local residence; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

11:45 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Daniel Anderson, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Partner/Family Member Assault charges.

December 25, 2017

3:02 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until noon Tuesday.

10:39 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until noon Tuesday.

11:30 a.m. Female reported a juvenile on the ice on the Milk River; Undersheriff responded to the call; juvenile located and removed from the ice.

2:51 p.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until noon Tuesday.

9:21 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a family member; Deputy responded to the call; family member located and had been nowhere near the reporting party.

December 26, 2017

3:33 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until noon today.

7:31 a.m. Big Flat Electric reported a planned power outage north of Saco today.

9:07 a.m. Female requested a welfare check on two family members; Sheriff and Undersheriff responded to the call; individuals located and were okay for the time being; caller advised of the information.

9:29 a.m. Male reported he didn’t have any water at his residence; information passed onto City employee.

10:05 a.m. Male reported a deer had been shot by his residence; Sheriff and Undersheriff responded also local Fish & Game Warden.

11:46 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory will expire at noon for southwest Phillips Co; Wind Chill Advisory now in effect until noon Wednesday for the rest of Phillips Co.

2:14 p.m. Undersheriff released one adult male, Dan Anderson, from PCSO Jail on time served.

2:53 p.m. 911 received reporting a fire in the caller’s basement; Sheriff, Undersheriff and local FD responded to the call; information passed onto NorthWestern Energy and MDU; local EMT Crew responded and was later canceled; fire extinguished shortly after the call.

3:31 p.m. Male brought in a found set of keys; owner later located and keys returned.

3:45 p.m. Male reported kids on a sled on the ice on the Milk River; caller advised they are checking tip ups and all was okay.

3:50 p.m. Male reported a Facebook scam.

6:18 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male who was extremely dehydrated; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

6:29 p.m. Female requested a male be removed from her yard; Deputy responded to the call; male left on his own accord without further incident.

6:57 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a juvenile; Deputy handled the call.

8:36 p.m. Wind Chill Warning in effect until 8am Wednesday for most of Phillips Co; Wind Chill Advisory in effect from 8am to noon Wednesday for most of Phillips Co.

11:57 p.m. Male reported an erratic semi truck and trailer on Hwy 2, east of

Malta, westbound; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and was parked at a local convenience store.

December 27, 2017

3:41 a.m. Wind Chill Warning remains in effect until 8am; Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect from 8am to noon today for most of Phillips Co.Winter Storm Watch in effect from Thursday afternoon until Saturday afternoon for most of Phillips Co.

7:33 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory in effect until noon today; Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Thursday afternoon through Saturday afternoon.

8:39 a.m. Female requested an ambulance for an unresponsive male at a local residence; Undersheriff, Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the call; ambulance canceled per Deputy request; coroner case file started.

1:23 p.m. Wind Chill Advisory in effect from 5pm today until 5pm Thursday; Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Thursday afternoon through Saturday afternoon.

4:55 p.m. Female reported a disabled vehicle on the Regina Road and it would be removed tomorrow.

4:57 p.m. Female requested assistance for a deer that had been stuck in a fence in the Zortman area; information passed onto local Fish & Game Warden.

10:17 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle in the ditch on Hwy 191 south of Malta; location confirmed as the same one that had been previously reported.

3:55 a.m. Winter Storm Warning in effect from11am today until 5pm Saturday for southwest Phillips Co.Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 11am today until 5pm Friday for central and southeast Phillips Co.Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 5pm today.

9:49 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 5pm; Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 5pm today until 5pm Friday, and until 5pm Saturday for southwest Phillips Co.

1:45 p.m. Wind Chill Advisory in effect until 11am Friday; Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 5pm Saturday for all of Phillips Co.

2:24 p.m. PC Hospital reported their fire alarm was sounding and all was okay.

3:04 p.m. Reserve Deputy performed a traffic stop on Hwy 2, east of Malta which led to one adult male, Brandon Bras, being transported to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on a MHP-Great Falls warrant; case file started.

6:23 p.m. Winter Storm Warning in effect until 5pm Saturday for all of Phillips Co; Wind Chill Advisory is canceled.

6:48 p.m. 911 received reporting several vehicles alongside of Hwy 2 and in the ditch, just into Valley Co; call transferred to Valley Co SO.

7:30 p.m. Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 5pm Saturday for most of Phillips Co; Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 5pm Saturday for northern Phillips Co.

7:58 p.m. Reserve Deputy performed security checks in the Saco area.

8:39 p.m. 911 received reporting a disturbance at a neighbor’s apartment; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

8:57 p.m. Deputy transported one adult female, Kathleen Bailey, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Partner/Family Member Assault-2nd charges.

10:38 p.m. Female reported a missing purse; caller later reported it had been found.

10:43 p.m. Male reported a garage door was open on a business; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay and garage door shut.

December 29, 2017

12:58 a.m. Female reported receiving threats from a male; Deputies handled the call.

2:02 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance to meet a personal vehicle transport of a sick toddler; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

3:02 a.m. Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 5pm Saturday for most of Phillips Co; Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 5pm Saturday for northern Phillips Co.

10:41 a.m. Deputy released one adult male, Brandon Bras, from PCSO Jail on bond paid.

11:28 a.m. Male reported individuals parking their vehicles on his property; Deputy handled the call.

1:29 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with an on-going issue involving a family member; Deputy handled the call.

2:14 p.m. Valley Co Detention Center released one adult male, Garren Kirkwood, on time served.

5:08 p.m. Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 5pm Saturday for most of Phillips Co; Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 5pm Saturday for northern Phillips Co.

3:06 a.m. Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 5pm for most of Phillips Co; Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 5pm for northern Phillips.

9:47 a.m. Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 5pm for most of Phillips Co; Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 5pm for northern Phillips.

9:59 a.m. Male reported damage to a sign on Hwy 191 north of Malta; information passed onto MT Dept of Transportation.

11:46 a.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle slid off of Hwy 191 south, on the Fergus Co side; information passed onto Fergus Co SO and MHP.

12:30 p.m. Female reported a vehicle had been spinning broadies and was now stuck near the golf course; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle had gotten unstuck before Deputy’s arrival.

1:11 p.m. Male reported Hwy 191 south was starting to drift in; information passed onto MT Dept of Transportation employee.

1:58 p.m. Male reported the City water pump was not working; information passed onto City employee.

2:17 p.m. Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 5pm; Wind Chill Warning in effect until 11am Sunday for central and southeast Phillips Co.Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 5pm; Wind Chill Warning in effect until 11am Sunday for northern Phillips Co.

3:37 p.m. Female requested a tow truck for a family member; local rotational wrecker service handled the call.

4:41 p.m. Male reported the City water pump was not working; information passed onto City employee.

4:49 p.m. Wind Chill Warning now in effect until 11am Sunday; Winter Storm Warning is canceled.

5:45 p.m. Male reported a crossing arm malfunction at the Stine’s crossing; information passed onto BNSF Police.

6:22 p.m. ACO reported an abandoned dog that had been picked up and was at the City Shop.

7:21 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle had slid off of Hwy 2 and needed a tow truck; local rotational wrecker handled the call.

2:52 a.m. Wind Chill Warning now in effect until 10am Monday.

6:50 a.m. Male reported the Wagner Hwy needed to be plowed; information passed onto MT Dept of Transportation.

2:19 p.m. Wind Chill Warning remains in effect until 10am Monday.

5:25 p.m. Male reported a possible domestic situation that had occurred at another residence; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

9:17 p.m. Local business requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving juveniles; Deputy handled the call.

11:06 p.m. Male reported a possible DUI on Central Ave; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and was parked.

January 1, 2018

3:29 a.m. Wind Chill Warning remains in effect until 10am this morning.

9:20 a.m. Female reported another female walking near a local business; Undersheriff handled the call; female not located.

9:45 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory in effect until 9am Tuesday; Wind Chill Warning is canceled.

2:27 p.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 9am Tuesday.

4:07 p.m. Male reported a disabled semi truck and trailer on Hwy 2, east of Malta; Undersheriff responded to the call; all found to be okay, driver was just trying to get to Malta before he was completely gelled up.

January 2, 2018

3:09 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 9am today.

9:02 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory has expired.

10:31 a.m. Undersheriff released one adult female, Kathleen Bailey, from PCSO Jail on own recognizance.

2:26 p.m. Simplex Grinnell reported a general fire alarm sounding at a county school; school employee located and all was okay, no fire or smoke.

5:42 p.m. Deputy performed a welfare check on a juvenile at a local residence; all found to be okay.

January 3, 2018

8:04 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a social media issue; Deputy handled the call.

Parents, please be aware people on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and other social media, may try to entice or lure your child into giving them, sending them photos, or personal information. Please talk to your children about this so they are aware of the dangers of the internet.

12:17 p.m. Malta School employee requested law enforcement assistance with a vehicle parked in a parking area at the school for an extended amount of time; owner located and advised to move the vehicle.

3:08 p.m. Local business requested law enforcement assistance with a patron who appeared to be intoxicated and was going to be driving; Deputy responded to the location; male located and was okay.

3:23 p.m. Male reported a fender/bender on Central Ave; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

3:41 p.m. 911 received reporting a semi truck and trailer rollover on Hwy 191 north, near the Whitewater turnoff; no injuries to the driver; Deputy and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; MHP handled the crash.

January 4, 2018

10:00 a.m. Male reported a phone scam.

10:05 a.m. Male reported a two vehicle accident on Hwy 191 north, no injuries to the occupants; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

11:58 a.m. Female reported a vehicle/deer accident on Hwy 191 north; vehicle had been removed from the location; white form issued.

6:31 p.m. Female requested law enforcement to remove an unwanted male from the caller’s residence; male left the location while still on the phone with Dispatch; information passed onto Deputies.

January 5, 2018

3:36 a.m. Several calls received reporting a two vehicle accident on Central Ave; Deputies and local EMT Crew responded to the call; case file started.

7:56 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female in extreme pain at a Zortman residence; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient refused medical assistance and not transported to the PC Hospital.

11:14 a.m. Female reported damage to a fence; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

11:44 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with an eviction notice; Deputy handled the call.
