Mrs. Becky Bruce's MHS Culinary Arts Class teamed with Mr. Erik Engebretson's MHS Jazz Combo for a night of Cajun food and live music. The menu for the night featured such delectable items as Muffuletta Puff Pastry Pinwheels and Olive Tapenade appetizers, Chicken Gumbo soup and a main dish of pulled pork and red beans and rice.
