M-ettes, Mavs clash at Saco Mini-Tourney

The Saco School Gymnasium brought Phillips County some basketball action on the evening of Wednesday, June 20, as the school hosted the Saco Mini-Tourney.

The tournament featured girls basketball teams from in and out of the Phillips County Area, including the Malta M-ettes, the North Country Lady Mavericks, the Roy-Winifred Lady Outlaws, Malta's Junior High, and the Sleeping Buffalo Junior High team.

The M-ettes and Lady Mavericks opened up the event. Malta won the clash 48-34.
