One Nation, Under God

PHILLIPS COUNTY SHERIFF NEWS LOG for July 25, 2018

Please remember to file a new burn permit for the 2018 year. If you plan on doing any burning in 2018, please file one BEFORE you start to burn. These permits are good for all of 2018 and you only have to file one a year, not every time you burn. All 2017 permits will no longer be valid after December 31, 2017. Thank you!

Also be advised, if you have a controlled burn that causes damage to other property you may be liable for the cost of damage.
