Notice of Final Budget Meeting

The Whitewater School Board of Trustees, District 20D will meet August 14, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Superintendent Office. The purpose is to consider and adopt the Final Budget for the 2018-19 school year. The meeting of the Trustees may be continued from day to day until the final adoption of the District’s Budget. Any taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against any part of the budget. Meeting held pursuant to 20-9-131.

AUDIT PUBLICATION STATEMENT

An audit of the affairs of the Whitewater Public School, Whitewater, Montana, has been conducted by Denning, Downey and Associates CPA’s. The audit covered the fiscal year ended June 30, 2017.

The audit report is on file in its entirety and is open to public inspection at 117 1st Ave. W, Whitewater, Montana 59544. The Whitewater Public School will send a copy of the audit report to any interested person upon request.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

On August 18, 2017, Havre Pipeline Company (“HPC”) filed its Proposed Special Terms and Conditions for Schedule No. 1 Natural Gas Tariff for its Farm Tap Service (“Proposal”) with the Montana Public Service Commission (“Commission”).

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Commission will conduct a public hearing on HPC’s Proposal. The public hearing will commence on August 29, 2018, at 9:00 a.m., in the Havre City Council Chambers, 520 4th Street, Havre, Montana. The hearing will continue from day to day, as necessary.

The Commission’s jurisdiction over this Application is found in Title 69, of the Montana Code Annotated. The Commission is invested with the full power of supervision, regulation, and control of public utilities. Mont. Code Ann. § 69-3-102.

Anyone needing accommodation for a physical, hearing, or sight impairment in order to attend or participate in the hearing should contact the Commission at (406) 444-6199 at least one week prior to the hearing. The Commission will make every effort to accommodate individual impairments.
