On August 16, First place went to Ken Ruzicka, who had a High of 6190. Buck Taylor took second with a score of 6140. Traveling Prize went to Jerry Depute.

Hi-Line Whist

On Tuesday, August 14, Pearl & Francis defeated Lois & Jackie 14 to 8 in the first hand, but Lois and Jackie would win the second hand 13 to 10.

"These two long games made us all very happy," Pearl said.

On Friday, August 14, Pearl and Agnes defeated Lois & Jackie 3-0.

"They did good," Pearl said. "Then the little skunk came in. He said, 'I'll stay a while as it's hot out.'"

"Phew! They warned me about next week. We are a gonna get it!" Pearl continued.
