11:27 p.m. Female reported a disturbance at Trafton Park; Deputies responded to the call; found to be kids participating in a REACT activity.

September 8, 2018

6:43 a.m. Female requested assistance with a family member driving around intoxicated; Deputy and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; female located later in the afternoon; case file started.

8:46 a.m. Local Ambulance reported to the football field for the Middle School games.

10:42 a.m. PC Ambulance transported one juvenile from the football field to the PC Hospital.

2:08 p.m. 911 received reporting a possible DUI on Hwy 2, eastbound from the Saco area; Deputy and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; information added to existing case file.

2:35 p.m. Local MHP Trooper transported one adult female, Kristina Uphaus, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on DUI charges; female released to another family member on bond and given a Notice to Appear in Justice Court.

7:23 p.m. Male reported a dog running into traffic on Short Oil Road; concerned the dog was going to get hit.

9:09 p.m. Ft Belknap LE requested PCSO assistance with an attempted theft of a vehicle in south Phillips Co; suspects not located.

September 9, 2018

12:17 a.m. Female reported seeing suspecting pictures on a social media site; information passed onto Deputies.

1:33 p.m. Male reported an erratic and speeding vehicle on Hwy 2, westbound on Hwy 2, from the Hinsdale are; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle not located in Phillips Co.

2:02 p.m. Male reported two missing dogs.

6:22 p.m. Male reported a buffalo in with his livestock in south Phillips Co; information passed onto Livestock Inspector.

7:36 p.m. MHP Dispatch reported an erratic vehicle, eastbound on Hwy 2, close to the Valley Co/Phillips Co line; information passed onto Valley Co SO.

September 10, 2018

9:22 a.m. MHP Dispatch reported an erratic vehicle on Hwy 2, westbound from Hinsdale; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle not located in Phillips Co.

10:31 a.m. Female reported another female had been walking into an elderly individual’s house without permission and “borrowing” money; Undersheriff responded to the call; female located and advised; information passed onto Probation Officer; case file started.

10:35 a.m. Female reported stolen license plates.

10:37 a.m. Central Security reported a commercial fire at a local business; all found to be okay, no fire.

11:38 a.m. Female requested extra patrol around her residence while family was out of town.

3:58 p.m. Male requested PCSO assistance with disposal of old blasting caps; Undersheriff handled the call.

4:24 p.m. 911 received reporting a break-in to a residence; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

6:15 p.m. Male reported suspicious behavior near his residence; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and no one was around.

6:16 p.m. Male bicyclist passing through Dodson requested assistance with a campground; caller advised of the PC Fairgrounds.

12:04 a.m. Minot PD requested PCSO assistance with identification cards they recovered; Deputy responded to the call; individuals were the victims of a theft of property from a vehicle.

9:46 a.m. Female reported a possibly rabid raccoon in the Dodson area; Undersheriff responded to the call; raccoon humanely euthanized and given to a local veterinarian service to be sent in.

11:43 a.m. Female requested an ambulance for a male in Zortman; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

7:25 p.m. Male reported a dog in a camper for several days in a residential area; Deputy responded to the call; no dogs located in the reported area.

8:36 p.m. Female reported removing a deceased family member’s property from a residence west of Malta; just wanted it reported in case someone calls in a theft; information passed onto Deputies.

September 12, 2018

7:37 a.m. Male reported a power outage; information passed onto NorthWestern Energy.

9:38 a.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a cut lock on a water source in south Phillips Co; Deputy responded to the call; male advised the situation concerning the water was a civil situation and needed to be taken to Justice Court.

10:13 a.m. Female reported hearing shouts for help; Undersheriff responded to the call; all found to be okay and no one calling for help.

10:45 a.m. Male reported there would be Military Honors for a funeral at a local church.

4:17 p.m. Male reported a loaded flatbed trailer in the ditch west of Dodson and he would be removing it the next day.

7:19 p.m. Deputy closed the garage doors that had been left open on a local business.

10:29 p.m. 911 received reporting someone had broken into the caller’s house; caller would not give the location of the residence or his name; information passed onto Deputy.

September 13, 2018

12:44 a.m. Big Flat Electric reported to the Frenchman area for an outage.

3:52 a.m. Big Flat Electric reported to the Hays area for an outage.

7:23 a.m. Female reported an injured dog near a local motel; unknown who the dog belonged to; Deputy responded to the call; dog brought to PCSO until owner could be located.

8:48 a.m. Female reported an illegal dog in the Saco area; Deputy responded to the call; caller advised to contact the City of Saco.

8:55 a.m. Female reported receiving a threatening email; caller advised it was a scam.

10:21 a.m. Owner of the injured dog located and advised they would be back in town later in the day to pick up the dog.

2:29 p.m. Male requested PCSO assistance with an on-going situation involving a water source in south Phillips Co; Deputy handled the call.

11:17 a.m. Callers reported seeing smoke northeast of Saco; Saco FD responded to the call; found to be a controlled burn north of Hinsdale and had been reported to the Valley Co SO.

7:05 p.m. Local MHP Trooper responded to a one vehicle rollover in south Blaine Co.

8:18 p.m. Local business reported a strange male hanging around the store for an extended amount of time; Deputies responded to the call; male found to be having car troubles.

8:44 p.m. 911 received reporting a “hay bale exploded” on Hwy 243 going north out of Saco; information passed onto Deputy.

11:55 p.m. Deputy reported a running vehicle with the hood up; owners located and advised they were charging the battery, requested the Deputy shut it off for them as well.

September 14, 2018

8:08 a.m. Male reported a vehicle had gone through a fence near a family member’s residence; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

8:38 a.m. Deputy requested a tow truck for the vehicle involved in the above crash; local rotational wrecker service responded to the call.

8:55 a.m. Male reported a missing puppy.

8:57 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving another female and threats received from a third party; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

10:00 a.m. Female reported a phone scam.

11:27 a.m. Local business reported the “strange male” was back at their business; Deputy responded to the call; male advised to move on.

12:00 p.m. 911 received reporting a westbound vehicle swerving all over Hwy 2, near the Blaine/Phillips Co line; information passed onto Blaine Co SO.

1:48 p.m. Local convenience store reported a fuel drive off from their business; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located.

3:13 p.m. Female reported a lost or stolen identification; female was trying to get a train ticket and needed an identification card; Deputy handled the call.

7:34 p.m. Female reported someone “shooting” near the county dumps just east of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; area found to be locked up and no one located in the surrounding area.

8:52 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle/deer accident on Hwy 191, south of the DY Junction; vehicle was not drivable; local MHP Trooper responded to the call.

8:55 p.m. Local MHP Trooper received a report of a suspicious vehicle driving in a residential neighborhood without lights on; going in and out of driveways; Deputy also responded to the call; vehicle found to be a delivery truck that was lost.
