Phillips County Museum

The Phillips County Museum is open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.

American Legion Auxiliary meeting and correction

10-4. The Malta American Legion Auxiliary will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, October 4, at the VFW Club starting at 5 p.m. Dues are now due. Also, VFW Auxiliary date for Specialty Fair in mailed letters was incorrect. Please bring craft item or baked goods to VFW Club evening of Nov. 2. Sorry. Call Carolyn at 654-2777.

P.C. Library Closed

10-6. The Phillips County Library will be Closed on Saturday, October 6 through Monday, October 8, for the Columbus Day Holiday.

Kiwanis Highway 2 Clean-up

10-7. The Kiwanis Highway 2 Clean-up will be on Sunday, October 7. Meet at 1 p.m. at Westside Self Service. All help is welcomed.

Phillips County Historical Society

10-8. The Phillips County Historical Society's regular meeting will be held Monday, October 8, at 6:30 p.m. at the Phillips County Museum. Everyone welcome.

Montana Veterans Affairs

10-11. Judy Loendorf and/or Steve Mulonet, Service Officers for the Montana Veterans Affairs will be visiting Malta City Hall on Thursday, October 11, from 9:30 until 11 a.m. to meet with Veterans who are interested in applying for benefits. If you are interested in applying for benefits, please bring a copy of your discharge paperwork with you.

HFF Oktoberfest

10-26. The Hi-Line Future Foundation’s Oktoberfest — a fundraiser for the Malta Municipal Pool — will be held on Friday, October 26 at the Lucky Bullet Hole starting at 6 p.m. and will feature microbrews from Blue Ridge Brewing, bratwurst and live music by Rock Solid Country.
