M-ettes best Mavericks on Senior Night in Saco

Cross-country rivals Malta and North Country met on the volleyball court for the final time this season last Tuesday in Saco, and though the M-ettes would sweep the contest, 3-0, the Lady Mavericks didn't go home without a fight, as the final scores were 25-23, 25-17, and 25-21.

The Lady Mavericks - comprised of high school athletes from Whitewater, Saco, and Hinsdale Schools - celebrated Breast Cancer Awareness night sporting pink uniforms and after a sensational rendition of the National Anthem by the Saco School Choir, the volleyball action got underway.
