Commissioners News For November 7, 2018

Phillips County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider an application for reduction in property taxes as pursuit of MCA Title 15-24-1501 Statute of State of Montana, submitted by; Scott and Giovanna Simanton, described as Tract G, Block 3 of the original town site of Malta and a portion of Block 2 of Tuckers Addition to Malta.

Hearing will start at 2 pm at the office of the Phillips County Commissioners in the Phillips County Courthouse at which time anyone may appear either for or against said Application.
