Parade of Lights kicks off Holidays

A total of 10 floats joined this year's Malta Chamber Parade of Lights, meeting at the Hi-Line Retirement Center to form the parade-line before heading downtown to be greeted by a good number of spectators.

The theme of this year's Parade of Lights was a "Wild West Christmas" and entries included the Malta Steak 4-H Club, Independence Bank, MOI, The Malta Volunteer Fire Department, Todd's Technology, The Closet, The Phillips Transit Authority, Malta First State Bank, Phillips County Ambulance Association, and the Phillips County Sheriff's Office which led the parade down Malta's wet streets.
