Loring News for February 13, 2019

As most everyone knows, the temperatures have been brutal around northern Phillips County! The highs have not gone above zero for a week! It has been a few years since we've had sub-zero temps for a whole week, and I think it's going to last most of next week also! We did receive some snow and now with the wind, it is being rearranged in new configurations!

Tom Stordahl and I traveled to Glasgow on Wednesday for a doctor visit! It seems that all the experimental shots in his back don't come with guarantees! I feel bad that he is in pain.

Carol Lumsden spent the week getting to know her new grandbaby in Billings. Pete went down on Friday to drive her home! She said that the baby was great!

Only about five weeks until the first day of spring!

I just think my mind has been frozen and I can't think of any clever things to say. Everyone is busy doing chores and trying to stay warm!
