Sympathy to all the homeless and all who are outside during the winter.

It’s February and Phil the Groundhog saw his shadow, meaning it is supposed to be an early spring, but here in Whitewater we are pretty sure we will have at least six more weeks of winter. On Sunday we had almost three feet of snow and the temperature was below zero! So much for a mild winter.
