One Nation, Under God

Robby K. Frazier

Robby K. Frazier passed away on December 29, 2017, at his home in Parawon, Utah. He was born on July 6, 1954, in Wolf Point, Mont., to Milo and LaDonna Frazier. He attended kindergarten and grade school in Wolf Point, then junior high and high school in Malta, and college in Riverton, Wyo.

A resident of Parowan, Utah for many years, he was active and wore many hats throughout his work life until his health problems and open heart surgery slowed him down some. Then Robby became a caretaker of people, homes, animals, and anyone or anything needing care. He loved to visit family and friends, flying to San Diego where he was a guest of good friends, also he would get on a bus as he could no longer drive to visit his daughter and son and families in Wyoming, his mother in California and his sister and families in Nevada.

In March of 2015, he was so thrilled to go back to Malta to revisit friends and school chums where he was a guest of Orvin and Thea. He was also an avid sports fan, loved his basketball and baseball, knew the "stats" of all his favorite players.

Rob is survived by his wife of six months at the time of his death, Gloria of Provo, Utah. His mother LaDonna Frazier of Bullhead City Ariz., his sister Stacy Devoe (John) of Spring Creek, Nev., four brothers, Randy (Katie), Ross (Sami Jo), all of Pahrump, Nev., Ron (Connie) of Bullhead City Ariz., and Royce of Billings, Mont. He is also survived by his daughter (Blair) and son-in-law Garren Gift of LaGrange, Wyo., and sons Chad of Butte, Mont., and Nels (Britney) of Tuscaloosa, Ala., eight grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father Milo Frazier, his brother Roger, his grandparents and several close friends.

Rob was highly intelligent, wickedly funny, and as his son-in-law stated, "Rob was the kindest soul he ever knew who played in the sun and danced in the rain." The world got dimmer without him, he will be, and is, very missed. Rest easy Rob, we all love you! There was a celebration of Life for Rob in Parawon in January 2018, and also later in La Grange, Wyo. "See ya!!"
