Alpha Zeta Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International Creative Writing Contest recognizes student's from efforts Malta, Saco, Whitewater and Hinsdale

Alpha Zeta Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International held their awards program for their 28th annual creative writing contest on March 21, 2019, in the Malta auditorium. A large crowd attended the program to hear the winners read their essays on "Heroes." Many students wrote about their mothers and fathers as their heroes. There were over 347 entries from grades K-12 with entries from Hinsdale, Malta, Saco, and Whitewater. Each essay group was judged by at least two people. Grand prize winner received $50.00.
