One Nation, Under God

Loring News for April 3, 2019

The Western Meadowlarks have returned! I heard one on Saturday! Last year it seems like I whined about them not being here, but this year they are right on time! We also had a red admiral butterfly hatch out and fly around the yard! I'm not saying we won't have more snow, just that it shouldn't stay very long!

Sympathy from the Loring Community to Sherrie Ottinger on the death of her mom, Doris Holman. Sherrie lived in the Loring area for a few years and they still have property here.

The calves are so cute, running and bucking in the pasture, with their mamas close by. Don't forget about the gopher hunt May 4 at Loring and surrounding area, starting at 9. It's always fun and the burgers are delicious!

Cindy and Dave Clark took advantage of the beautiful weather to drive to Havre on Sunday. They ran into some friends and had a good visit! Cindy visited Ava Ginter on Saturday and they worked on a floral arrangement together.

Most of the snowbirds have come back home from Arizona! If they aren't here they will be soon. Carol Lumsden and Whitney Blunt spent Sunday with Carmen Norville painting some of the rooms in Carmen and Matt's new home.

Make sure you have everything in order in your life because we are not in control!
