St. Mary's to host 'Drinking the Spirit'

On Tuesday, May 14, St. Mary's hosts "Drinking the Spirit" at the GN Lodge Room at 7 p.m.

This is an adult group for anyone who is interested in hearing different speakers on different topics. This month's speaker is Amy Seymour. Amy is from Joliet, Mont., and is very active in her parish and community. Amy is a founding board member and current president of Yellowstone Valley Christians for Life. Since 2010, Amy has organized annual pro-life activities in the Billings area, including 40 Days for Life, Life Chain, Billings March for Life, An Annual Youth Pro-Life Speech Contest, Pro-Life Rosary Rally, Good Friday Pro-Life "Cross Walk," National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children, Sidewalk counseling/prayer outside the local abortion clinic every Wednesday, which is the surgical abortion day.

Amy will be talking about her experiences and how people in Phillips County can start their own Christian Pro-Life organization. She will be discussing different events and how to kick start them.

St. Mary's invites everyone who may be interested in starting a Pro-Life group in Phillips County to come and hear Amy speak.
