Dodson News for May 22, 2019

Polly Solberg went to Great Falls on Tuesday for the Special Olympics before attending graduation exercises in Miles City.

Terri Cole was in Malta on business on Wednesday.

It was nice to see the new smiling face at the post office this week.

An east wind blew Wednesday but was very warm, 81 degrees and the sun was shining.

Terri Cole and Glen Dolphay were busy working on the water shut-off of the Haubrich house on Friday.

It started raining and turned cold - raining on Friday and Saturday. But on Sunday morning it was bright sunshine and much warmer after a near freezing temperature on Saturday night.

Everything is turning so green.

Graduation for the three seniors was held at the school on Friday evening.

Barbara Trembleanry who had a personal medical emergency concerning her mother- in- law.

There are two seats on the Dodson Town Council needing to be filled. Must be filed for before June 17th. If interested in serving on the Town Council please call Mayor Teresa Cole at 406-383-4364 for any details needed. Must be a Town resident to apply.

The community was shocked and sorry to hear of the unexpected death of resident Jeanette Daniels. Condolences are sent to the family of Jeanette.

Linda Vulk of East Helena came Sunday to visit her mom Dora Henry for a few days. Linda and Dora were in Havre for medical and other business on Monday. They also had lunch with Bill Henry.

Birthday greetings are sent to Bruce Kienenberger and Edmund Mortenson and all else having a birthday this week.

Congratulations to all having an anniversary, have a good one.

Have a good Memorial Day Holiday and remember to drive carefully!

There are moments in life when you miss someone so much that you just want to pick them from your dreams and hug them for real!
