Bolland honored by Rotary Club

Malta Rotary Club chairman, David Miller, presenting Dennis Bolland (works at First Security Bank) with the Paul Harris Award. This award goes to Dennis Bolland as a member of Malta Rotary Club contributing many years of community service.
