NOTICE OF PENDING ATTACHMENT

OF A TAX LIEN (MCA 15-17-122)

On Thursday, August 1, 2019, by 5:00 p.m., the Phillips County Treasurer will attach a property tax lien to property on which the 2018 taxes are delinquent. The delinquent taxes, including penalties, interest and costs are a lien upon the property and that unless delinquent taxes, penalties, interest and costs are paid prior to August 1, 2019 a tax lien will be attached and may be assigned to a third party. A complete delinquent list of all persons and property in the county now owing taxes, Including all city and town property that is delinquent is on file in the office of the Phillips County Treasurer and is open to public inspection and examination. CERTIFICATE AS TO RESOLUTION AND ADOPTING VOTE

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting recording officer of the Town of Dodson, Montana (the "Town"), hereby certify that the attached resolution is a true copy of Resolution No. 3 entitled: "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE TOWN OF DODSON, MONTANA TO MODIFY AND INCREASE RATES AND CHARGES FOR USERS OF THE WATER SYSTEM" (the "Resolution"), on file in the original records of the Town in my legal custody; that the Resolution was duly adopted by the Town Council of the Town at a meeting on June 3, 2019, and that the meeting was duly held by the Town Council and was attended throughout by a quorum, pursuant to call and notice of such meeting given as required by law; and that the Resolution has not as of the date hereof been amended or repealed.

I further certify that, upon vote being taken on the Resolution at said meeting, the following Council Members voted in favor thereof: Jessica Fetter, Gary Weitz, Pat Ditmar and Polly Solberg; voted against the same: none.

PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Malta will conduct a public hearing on June 25, 2019 at 5:05 p.m. in the council chambers of city hall. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments on Resolution 1262, A Resolution amending the 2018/19 Sewer Budget to make provisions for unanticipated expenditures exceeding the original appropriation. Persons may appear in person or send written comments to Mayor John Demarais, PO Box 1300, Malta, MT 59538 no later than 12 noon June 25, 2019.

PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Malta Planning Board/Board of Adjustments will conduct a public hearing on June 26, 2019 at 5:35 p.m. in the council chamber in city hall. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment concerning an application for a zoning variance submitted by Dare to Dream. The variance request: Need to allow street address to be changed from 2nd Street East to 2nd Ave E. This would make for different setbacks and allow site plan to work, construction of a garage. Persons may appear in person or send written comments to Mayor John Demarais, PO Box 1300, Malta, MT 59538 no later than 12 noon June 26, 2019.
