Dirt Daubers strike again

Malta Dirt Dauber members volunteered many hours beautifying the community. Nearly 60 oak barrels were planted with colorful pink petunias, ice plants, and a central grass spike. This beautification project has continued for many years. The flower barrels can be found not only down town, but also along many Highway 2 businesses. The Dirt Daubers remind owners to pinch off dried blossoms and to water the barrels often.
