An audit of the affairs of the City of Malta has been conducted by WIPFLi CPAs & Consultants. The audit covered the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018. Section 2-7-521, MCA, requires the publication of the following summary of significant findings.

NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

To be sold at Sheriff's Sale on the 23rd day of July, 2019, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., at the Phillips County Courthouse, in the city of Malta, County of Phillips, Montana, to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand, the following described property, to-wit:

Tract "F" of Plat #1 OA, Phillips County, Montana, being a plat of the survey of Block 3 of the Town of Malta and a portion of Block 2 of R.V. Tucker's Addition to the Townsite of Malta; and

That portion of Tract "G" of Plat #1 OA, Phillips County, Montana, being a plat of the survey fo Block 3 of the Town of Malta and a portion of Block 2 of R.V. Tucker's Addition to the Townsite of Malta, described as follows:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of Tract "F", thence in an easterly direction along the southerly boundary line of said Tract "F", a distance of 16.5 feet to a point, being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence at right angles in a southerly direction a distance of 3.8 feet to a point; thence at right angles in an easterly direction and on a line parallel with the southerly boundary line of said Tract "F" a distance of 12.1 feet to a point; thence at right angles in a northerly direction a distance of 3.8 feet to a point on the southerly boundary line of said Tract "F"; thence in a westerly direction along the southerly 12.1 feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
