Sealed bids will be received up to and including 3:00 PM on August 8, 2019 and will be publicly opened and read aloud in the office of Design and Construction, 1522 Ninth Avenue, P.O. Box 200701, Helena, MT 59620-0701, for the: Sleeping Buffalo WMA Area 7 Boundary Fence Project, FWP # 7195301 near Saco, MT.

Bids shall be submitted on the form provided within the Contract Documents.

A refundable deposit of -0- is required for each plan set.

A PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH IS SCHEDULED FOR JULY 24, 2019 AT 12:00 P.M. PARTICIPANTS SHOULD MEET ONSITE AT THE SLEEPING BUFFALO WMA ENTRACE GATE. ATTENDENCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

All bids over $25,000.00 must be accompanied by a bid security meeting the requirements of the State of Montana in the amount of 10% of the total bid. After award, the successful bidder must furnish an approved Performance Security and a Labor & Material Payment Security each in the amount of 100% of the contract.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids except as noted in the Instruction to Bidders.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities.

The Malta School Board of Trustees will meet August 14, 2019 at 7:00pm in the Teachers Workroom of the Malta High/Middle School for the purpose of considering and adopting the Final Budget for Malta K-12 School District 14A. The meeting of the Trustees may be continued from day to day until the final adoption of the District’s Budget. Any taxpayer in the District may attend the meeting and be heard for or against any part of the budget. This notice is given per the requirements of MCA 20-9-115.

At the regular board meeting for the Whitewater School District 20D the Board of Trustees made a resolution to sell or dispose of real property because it is or is about to become abandoned, obsolete, undesirable or unsuitable for the school purposes of the district. NOTICE OF BANK HOLDING COMPANY ACQUISITION

The Bridger Company, a bank holding company for Bank of Bridger, National Association, 101 South Main Street, Bridger, MT 59014, has applied to the Federal Reserve Bank for permission to merge with Malta Banquo, Inc., a bank holding company for First Security Bank of Malta, 130 South First Street East, Malta, MT 59538, and Valley Bank of Glasgow, 110 6th Street South, Glasgow, MT 59230.

Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Montana Division of Banking and Financial Institutions (Division) at 301 S. Park Ave., Suite 316, Helena MT 59620-0546. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file with this office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. The comment period closes at 5 p.m. on July 29, 2019.

The Division will send the comments it receives to the Federal Reserve Bank.
