Notice is given that application has been made to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on August 6, 2019, Western District, 1225 17th Street, Suite 300, Denver, CO 80202 for consent to merge First Security Bank of Malta, 130 S. First Street East, Malta, Montana 59538 and Valley Bank, 110 6th Street South, Glasgow, Montana 59230 with and into Bank of Bridger, N.A., 101 S. Main Street, Bridger, MT 59014. It is contemplated that the main/home offices and branch offices of the above-named banks will continue to operate.

The merger of each of Valley Bank and First Security Bank of Malta into Bank of Bridger, N.A. are related transactions because they will occur simultaneously and, at the time of the merger, each bank will be owned by The Bridger Company.

The Saco School Board of Trustees will meet August 13, 2019 at 7:30 pm in the Board Room of the Saco School for the purpose of considering and adopting the Final Budget for Saco K-12 School District 12A & B. The meeting of the Trustees may be continued from day to day until the final adoption of the District’s Budget. Any taxpayer in the District may attend the meeting and be heard for or against any part of the budget. This notice is given per the requirements of MCA 20-9-115.

NOTICE OF AUDIT

An audit of the affairs of Dodson School District 2A(C), Dodson, Montana, has been conducted by Denning, Downey & Associates, P.C. The audit covered the fiscal year ended June 30, 2018. The audit also covered the Extracurricular Fund for pupil functions which is included in the financial statements of the District. A copy of the audit report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2018 is on file in its entirety and open to public inspection at the office of Connie Jones, Business Manager/District Clerk.

NOTICE OF DODSON BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING

The Dodson Board of Trustees, District 2A-C, will meet on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the school library to adopt the final budget for the 2019-2020 school year, including Impact Aid. The meeting may be continued from day to day until the budget is adopted.

Any taxpayer in the Dodson District or any person affected by Impact Aid may attend any portion of the trustees' meeting and be heard on the budget of the district on any item or amount contained in the budget pursuant to Section 20-9-115, MCA.
