4:45 p.m. Local Fire Dept reported to the PCMS Dragstrip for a vehicle fire training exercise; exercise later postponed until the next day.

5:35 p.m. Female reported a Hit & Run to the caller’s vehicle at a local convenience store; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

6:12 p.m. Big Flat Electric reported to an outage in the Turner area.

11:42 p.m. Deputy reported water in the Underpass and a vehicle stuck there; MT Dept of Transportation employee responded to the call; vehicles towed out of the location and roadway opened back up.

4:32 a.m. Big Flat Electric reported to an outage just south of Malta.

4:33 a.m. Deputies performed building security checks in the downtown area.

8:34 a.m. Local Ambulance and Fire Dept reported to the PCMS Dragstrip.

11:49 a.m. Local Fire Dept reported to the PCMS Dragstrip for a vehicle fire training exercise.

1:14 p.m. Male reported a dead calf near Nelson Reservoir; owner located and removed the animal.

July 22, 2019

2:12 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving juveniles; Sheriff responded to the call; case file started.5:13 p.m. Undersheriff reported seeing a suspect for a case file in the downtown area; Sheriff and Deputies responded to the call; Sheriff later transported one adult male, Alex Nast, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Burglary and Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges; case file started.

6:24 p.m. Female reported a haystack fire south of the Sleeping Buffalo; Deputies and local Fire Dept responded to the call; fire contained and monitored by the owners.

8:29 p.m. Male reported dogs running out after family as they walked by on a residential street; Deputy handled the call.

9:46 p.m. Male reported “someone let his dogs out” in the Saco area; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

11:30 p.m. Ft Belknap LE reported a vehicle accident on the Route 66 cutacross to Landusky; vehicle was also on fire; Deputy, Zortman FD and MHP Trooper responded to the call; Ft Belknap also sent an ambulance and FD; case file started.

12:00 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

11:50 p.m. Female reported a male riding a horse bareback after having a disagreement with his wife; Deputy responded to the call; male and horse located, were okay and would be staying in the horse trailer for the night.

12:32 a.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Dodson area.

2:47 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect until 10pm tonight.

5:36 a.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the downtown area.

8:47 a.m. Kenco Security reported a commercial burglar alarm sounding at a local business; all found to be okay, accidentally set off by an employee.

9:53 a.m. Deputy released one adult male, Larry Smith, from PCSO Jail on own recognizance.

10:15 a.m. Deputy released one adult male, Dion Longknife, from PCSO Jail on time served.

11:12 a.m. Female reported she may need assistance with a situation in the future involving her husband; Deputy handled the call.

7:50 p.m. Female reported a cat had been hit by a vehicle on Hwy 191 north and was still alive; Deputy responded to the call; cat located and humanely euthanized.

8:43 p.m. Female reported an intoxicated pedestrian stumbling in the downtown area; caller later reported the male tried to “attack them”; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

9:08 p.m. Female reported receiving a report of “gunshots” in the Ugland Addition; Undersheriff responded to the call; found to be firecrackers being shot off.

9:08 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

11:11 p.m. Female reported her vehicle was disabled in Fergus Co on Hwy 191 south; information passed onto Fergus Co SO.

July 26, 2019

2:36 a.m. Deputies performed a traffic stop in Greenacres which led to one adult male, Daryl Gone, being transported to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Driving While Suspended, Obstructing Justice, Billings PD Felony warrant, Havre PD warrant, and Hill Co SO Felony and Misdemeanor warrants; case files started.

3:02 a.m. Deputy requested a tow truck for the vehicle involved in the above traffic stop; local rotational wrecker service handled the call.

7:46 a.m. Female requested a civil stand by while she retrieved her property from a local apartment complex; Deputy handled the call.

6:40 p.m. Anonymous reported a possible DUI on Hwy 191 south of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located.

9:25 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with getting property from a residence south of Malta; Deputies handled the call.

July 27, 2019

1:51 a.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the downtown area.

2:40 a.m. Deputy performed a traffic stop which led to one adult male, Daniel Anderson, being transported to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on DUI-1st and Disorderly Conduct charges; case file started.

4:20 a.m. Deputy released one adult male from PCSO Jail on bond; given a Notice to Appear in JP Court.

9:00 a.m. Male reported a Publisher’s Clearing House phone scam.

12:59 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the PC Courthouse for EMT Training.

9:51 p.m. Local business reported an unwanted male on their property; Deputies responded to the call; male removed from the location without further incident.

10:22 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 9am-8pm Sunday.

4:57 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Glasgow; local EMT Crew handled the call.

2:16 p.m. Male reported an abandoned vehicle on Route 66 near his turnoff; Sheriff responded to the call; owner located and advised to remove the vehicle.

2:33 p.m. Dodson Mayor requested PCSO assistance with getting an abandoned vehicle towed; Sheriff responded to the call; vehicle found to be stolen out of Yellowstone Co; case file started.

4:00 p.m. 911 received reporting a personal vehicle transport of a dirt bike accident victim to the PC Hospital; information passed onto the PC Hospital.

5:34 p.m. 911 received reporting a speeding vehicle on Hwy 2, eastbound, from the Saco area; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located in Phillips Co.

8:33 p.m. Male reported a mini bike at a local business; vehicle was not street legal; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located.

11:27 p.m. Deputy performed a traffic stop which led to one adult female, Serena Stine, being transported to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on DUI-Drug charges; case file started.

11:46 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for southwestern Phillips Co until 1245am; 50mph gusts, torrential rainfall and flooding may occur.

12:46 a.m. Significant Weather Advisory for southern Phillips Co until 145am; 40mph gusts may be possible.

1:30 a.m. Deputy released one adult female, Serena Stine, from PCSO Jail on bond.

3:00 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 3pm-10pm tonight.

Several calls received asking if Hwy 191 south was still closed; callers advised to use the detour to Route 66 for the rest of the day.

1:11 p.m. Female reported a phone scam.

1:34 p.m. Reserve Deputy transported one adult male, Alex Nast, from PCSO Jail to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time.

3:07 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 10pm tonight; in effect from noon-10pm Thursday.

4:49 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle passing an oversized load on the Overpass and continued westbound on Hwy 2; caller advised the situation happened about twenty minutes prior; information passed onto local MHP Trooper.

6:05 p.m. Anonymous reported a camper causing a traffic hazard on a residential street; Deputy responded to the call; owner not located and information passed onto City employee to have the camper towed.

6:59 p.m. 911 received reporting a male trying to take the caller’s brother from the residence in Dodson; Deputies responded to the call; male removed from the residence without further incident.

7:55 p.m. 911 received reporting a male trespassing to the caller’s residence in Dodson; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

8:23 p.m. Deputies transported one adult male, Dion Longknife, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Trespassing charges.

9:20 p.m. Female reported she was being “beat up” by her brother; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

9:53 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory now in effect until 10pm Thursday.

2:23 p.m. Monitoring Center reported a commercial burglar alarm sounding at a local business; Undersheriff and business manager responded to the call; all found to be okay, alarms set off by accident by the janitor.

2:24 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

3:47 p.m. Reserve Deputy performed building security checks in the Saco area.

4:21 p.m. Female reported two males doing damage to her vehicle; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

6:16 p.m. Female reported a situation involving a juvenile at a local convenience store; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

10:43 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

10:55 p.m. Male reported individuals trespassing on his land; Deputy responded to the call; male later reported that all was okay and no law enforcement was needed.

11:20 p.m. 911 received reporting a personal vehicle transport, on Hwy 191 south, of a juvenile having convulsions; local EMT Crew responded to the call; vehicle located and patient transported to the PC Hospital by ambulance.

1:46 a.m. Medical Alarm requested an ambulance for a female who “can’t get up”; Deputies and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient not transported to the PC Hospital.

3:02 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect from 9am-8pm tonight.

3:54 p.m. 911 received reporting an individual breaking a window to a residence; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

4:31 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Dario Carrasco, to PCSO Jail to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Disorderly Conduct x2 and Criminal Mischief x2 charges.

7:31 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female who fell; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

10:47 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Havre; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

12:11 p.m. Male reported a phone app that creates prank phone calls.

1:24 p.m. Male reported a situation involving a juvenile at a Dodson residence; information passed onto Ft Belknap LE and Ft Belknap Social Services.

1:28 p.m. Undersheriff released one adult male, Dario Carrasco, from PCSO Jail on own recognizance.

4:58 p.m. Several 911s received reporting a grass fire off of Hwy 2, west of Malta; Undersheriff and local FD responded to the call; fire later controlled and monitored for the night.

7:52 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory will expire at 8pm.
