First Tuesday. Phillips County TV District has their TV Board Meeting on the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. in the P.C. Library basement meeting room. All are welcome.

No Story Time in August

August: The Phillips County Library will not have Story Time during the month of August. Story Time will resume at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 11.

Livestock Water Quality Workshop

8-14. Livestock Water Quality Workshop will be on August 14 at 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the P.C. Library basement, Malta. The workshops are sponsored by Phillips Conservation District. Call Martin 654-1334 or Jenifer 654-4262, for more details.

Malta VFW Auxiliary meeting

8-14. The Malta VFW Auxiliary regular meet-ing is Wednesday, August 14, at the VFW Club at 6 p.m. Please attend. 2020 dues are now due.

Knights of Columbus BBQ Competition

8-17. The 1st Annual Knights of Columbus BBQ Competition will be Saturday, August 17 and besides the competition, the day will include a Cornhole Tournament, Silent Auction, Team Calcutta, Vendors, Food and Drink, Door Prizes and raffles. Senior Center 50th

8-17. The Malta Senior Center celebration of the 50th anniversary will be held on Saturday, August 17, from 1-to-3 p.m., with cake, coffee, and lemonade. Open to the public.

Saco Stars & Stripes Talent Show

8-31. The Saco Chamber of Commerce will host the Stars & Stripes Talent Show on Saturday, August 31 at 3 p.m. at Miller Park. Patriotic Themed Acts Only, cash prizes, and the entry deadline is Wednesday, August 21. Only 20 acts accepted, no entry fee, so call 406-301-2034 or Email [email protected] for more information. Special Guest Entertainers throughout the evening. Tickets are $5 and children under 5 are free.

Ranch Profitability Workshops
