Scott's painting, talent an 'inspiration'

Hanging in the halls of the Business Center in downtown Malta is a painting of a grizzly bear and no matter where you stand, the animal is looking at you.

Andy Scott painted the grizzly bear shortly after moving to Malta and many who have seen Scott's paintings will agree that he amazingly captures a feeling on canvas and his talent is seen in all of his works of art.

It was 18 years ago when Scott was 17-years-old and a senior at Powell High School in Powell, Wyo., that a tragic wrestling accident left him with a major spinal injury and a quadriplegic.
