Notice of Close of Regular Registration for the Town of Dodson

Notice is hereby given that regular* registration for the Town of Dodson Municipal General Election to be held on November 5, 2019, will close at 5:00 p.m., on Monday, October 7, 2019.

If you miss this regular registration deadline, you may still register for the election in person at the Phillips County Election Office up to and including on Election Day. Between noon and the close of business on the day before Election Day, you can complete and submit a voter registration card, but you will need to return to the Phillips County Election Office on Election Day to pick up and vote a ballot.

All active and inactive*electors of the Town of Dodson are entitled to vote at said election

**Ballots will be automatically mailed to Active Electors only in the Town of Dodson on October 18, 2019. If you are a registered voter and do not receive a ballot, you may be inactive, please contact the Phillips County Election Office to update your information as necessary and receive a ballot.

Persons who wish to register and who are not presently registered may do so by requesting a Registration Form by mail before the close of regular voter registration or by appearing at the Phillips County Election Office located in the Courthouse, 314 S 2nd Avenue West in Malta. If you have moved, please update your registration information by filling out a new voter registration card and submitting it to the Phillips County Election Office.

If you have questions, please contact the Election Office at 406-654-2423, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Square Butte Grazing Association (Square Butte) has filed a Motion to Amend to several elements of Water Right Statement of Claim No. 40EJ 37911-00, including the priority date, the flow reate, the maximum acres and the place of use. A full copy of Square Butte's objection is available on the "Notices & Information" page of the Montana Water Court's website at https://courts.mt.gov/courts/water. Interested parties may file a response or objection.

Response and Objection Deadline:
