One Nation, Under God

Dodson News for October 9, 2019

Condolences are sent to the family of Doreen Dale in her passing. She was known and liked by many.

Unseasonal wet and cold weather continues to plague us and it looks like we are not going to see any hoped for Indian summer days. The wind blows every day and the continued wet makes it seem colder.

The Catholic Ladies of Saint Mary's again served a delicious ham dinner and it was enjoyed by many. Thanks are sent to the generous good samaritan who paid for several peoples dinner. Wink Cole won the large basket of goodies and Francine KillEagle and Dollyann Willcult were also winners in the raffle. Congratulations!

Anniversary greetings go out to Edward and Polly Solberg and Happy Birthday wishes are sent to all having birthdays this week.

There have been several break-ins around and suspicious activity in the early hours of the morning in town. Keep a good eye open so the necessary people can be caught and held responsible.

Children are a great comfort in your old age---and they help you reach it faster too.

Stay warm, enjoy the sunshine we do have and have a good week.
